I am an English artist who works using different media embedded within

a painted surface. Inspired by Light ,Texture and Rhythms of the wild

Northumberland Coast & Countyside where I have lived for 35 years. I am

now retired from teaching and lecturing in Art & design which allows me to

pursue my love of painting.

Northumberland is called "Land of Far Horizons. I wish for my work

to simulate a wide range of perceptions and feeling for the Light and

tactile quality it inspires. I exhibit in many galleries in England and this

year in Hamburg & Leipzig, Germany.
